This is What the Writen of Heart When Get Confusion

What do you do when your heat get confusions? I know that confusion is a thing that makes you don't wanna do the activities, but this makes you searching for other activities or maybe you still guessing for the answer of it. So, I think this is a little of activity that may you can do when your heart get confusion :


  1. Listening to Music
    Why you need to listening music? Because may be you need to refresh your mind with it. You can listen holy verses of holy book. For muslim, we listening to ayat kursi or the other surah.
    But if you wanna listen to pop, rock, RnB, or other similar music, that's up to you.
  2. Reading Book
    You can read what you like and whatever you want for your good. Reading novel, motivation book, or holy book. I think it also can make your time more useful.
  3. Watching Television
    From watching television, you can get news and some new information.
  4. Go Out and See the Nature
    Yes! This give you many inspirations!
  5. Share Your Story to Other
    For your relief of heart.
  6. Writing
    Just write! And write!
  7. Walking
    Health and so refreshing.
  8. Take a Bath
    Refresh yourself!
  9. Sleep
    Refresh your mind!
  10. Help your family or friend or other
    This is more useful!
  11. Play with pet or animal
    With their funny activities, you can laugh.
  12. Pray
    This makes our heart calm.

      But sometimes I rarely share my story to the other and I tell it here or in my another blog with poem or abstract word that I like.

  2. Beberapa tipsnya sering saya pakai kalau pikiran bener-bener sumpek, Mbak. Dengerin musik atau tilawah Alqur'an, baca buku, dan kadang menyendiri di tepat sepi gitu, Mbak.
